December Muzzeloader Hunts

ATTENTION!


Semi guided is defined as showing the hunter the property boundaries, advising on known deer sign and travel movements.  We do not sit with you during your hunts unless requested to do so and an additional charge of $1000 is assessed.

BOW AND CROSSBOW Hunts

Pricing is based on peak rut bow and firearms hunting times from the last week of October to the first three full weeks of November for our area. ​  All hunts are Semi Guided!!  Lodging and Food Included!!

Firearm Hunts

Pricing is based on peak gun hunting times from the opening of  firearms season to the third weekend of December for our area. ​  All hunts are FULLY guided!! Lodging and food included!!

    $2375 for a 5 Day hunt with Food and Lodging

     50%  Non-Refundable deposit required for                   booking. Monday thru Friday hunt lodging       

    and food included.  You pick your spots from the      property we assign you to and hunt from your         stands or any stands we may have setup on the   property. Hard blinds and pop-up blinds are available for use on some properties.   $500 Minimum Quality Fee applied if   buck harvested is under the minimum    requirement of at least 120 Inches gross of                antler (Strictly enforced).

                             3 Day Turkey Hunts

              With Lodging Only                                     $850


​$2975 for a 5 day hunt with food and lodging included while available.  50% Non-Refundable deposit required for booking

Monday thru Friday hunt Lodging and Food Included while available. You pick your spots from the property we assign you to and hunt from your stands or any stands we may have setup on the property.  $500 Minimum Quality Fee applied if buck harvested is under the minimum requirement of at least 120 Inches gross of antler (Strictly enforced).

DEPOSITS AND REGULATIONS​

  • 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required at the time of booking all hunts.  No personal checks​ 
  • ​DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD THE FOLLOWING YEAR HUNT
  • ​License can be purchased online or over the counter for $240
  • ​​​Hunting insurance is provided and a "hold harmless" agreement will be signed by hunters before hunting begins.
  • ​Safety harnesses will be worn at all times while in elevated tree stands or you will be asked to leave without refund.
  • ​Absolutely NO SCREW IN STEPS or  bow/gun holders can be drilled into trees. 
  • ​Alcohol Consumption is not allowed during legal hunting hours while hunting.
  • ATV's are not  permitted other than to retrieve harvested game or to transport hunting equipment.
  • ​Illegal substances are not allowed  and will result in termination of  hunt and non-refund of money.
  • HUNT IS CONSIDERED OVER IF YOU KILL OR DRAW BLOOD ON A DEER OR TURKEY
  •  A $500 Minimum Quality Fee is included in price for Shooting a buck under the minimum of 120 inches gross.
